Online Yin Practice
This option is now offered on an occasional, pop-up basis.
If you’d like to be in the loop about when these practices will occur, please join the Friendly Yin Yoga mailing list.
Most people practice with their cameras off, but if you’d like to keep yours on or for me to take a look at any of your postures, I’m happy to. I usually stick around after class to answer any questions you might have.
You’ll need enough room to lie down on the floor and a yoga mat or rug. Having a blanket and pillow or two nearby is helpful, and you might eventually want to have a set of yoga blocks and a bolster, but you can do most of the postures with zero props or with things you have around the house.
I lead this practice on a donation basis. Come when you can, pay what makes sense for you.
