We work on nervous system regulation, self-compassion, communication, and social skill development through playful physical movement (yoga!), mindfulness activities, conversation, and creative expression. Classes are a blend of structured yoga/mindfulness curriculum and kid-directed play/project time.
Classes are taught by Ellen Olson-Brown, MEd, MSW, and certified yoga instructor.
Small group classes are offered in person in Groton, MA. I teach out of a dedicated space in my home and my back yard, when the weather allows. The space is designed for both active and calm play and tons of creativity!

I teach classes for preschoolers at local libraries. These classes are geared toward kids ages 3-5, but we can usually include younger and older siblings. Please contact the libraries directly to sign up.
This fall I’m teaching several Fridays at 10:30am at the Groton Public Library. Check their website/calendar for specific dates and sign-up information.
I’m not currently teaching online kids’ classes.
